鱼片怎么切
先将鱼洗净去鳞,在鱼背上均匀的划“一”,用盐腌制,然后七号葱姜和青椒、红椒,再将腌制好的鱼放到油锅中炸至,捞起来备用,接着将豆瓣酱、葱姜等放进热油中爆香,倒入啤酒和鱼,加生抽调味,最后撒上辣椒、葱段装饰。

1、将鱼清洗干净,去掉鳞片,然后在鱼背上均匀的划“一”字,放到容器里用盐腌制。
2、葱切末,生姜切成一片一片的,再将青椒和红椒切好备用。
3、将油倒进锅中,烧热后将鱼下锅炸制,然后再捞起来。
4、在锅中热油,油热后加入豆瓣酱、葱姜等爆香,再往里面倒入炸好的鱼和啤酒,加生抽进行调味,最后在上面撒上辣椒,葱段装饰即可。
