人生的旅程总是充满了喜怒哀乐,而我已经来到这个世界22年了,借此次心理健康课的作业,我回顾了自己大学的成长历程,以前很少认真思考过自己现在的性格、为人处世、三观等方面与自己的经历是有关的。虽然心理课的课时不多,但我却学习到了许多有用的知识,从心理学的定义到如何进行自我完善,如何进行情绪的管理,如何应对挫折和压力,人际交往、恋爱与性心理等方面,我认为此次自我分析于我而言非常的重要。我从何而来,又将往哪里而去呢?家庭、学校、社会生活的经历,形成了现在的我。在每一段只有一次的成长历程和人生经验中,每一步成长都是我学习积极面对人生的机会。
心理健康基础:心理学不是玄学,而是一门科学。早在1989年世界卫生组织对健康给出了新的定义即真正的健康人不仅是没有疾病,而且包括躯体健康、心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康。长久以来,我以为身患疾病或处于虚弱状态的人才算是一个不健康的人,了解过后发现原来真正的健康指的是身心健康。 也知道了作为大学生的我们,生理发展日渐成熟,自我意识增强,人格发展进入定型时期,思想情感趋向成熟时期,大学更是我们社会化发展的重要时期。所以拥有一个良好的心态,我才能从容不迫地迎接属于自己的人生。
自我意识与人格:在课堂上,听老师说起耳闻已久的弗洛伊德,我顿时打起了精神。弗洛伊德提出精神的三大部分是本我、自我与超我构成的。“本我”(完全潜意识)代表欲望,受意识遏抑;“自我”(大部分有意识)负责处理现实世界的事情;“超我”(部分有意识)是良知或内在的道德判断。我在大一大二时遇到很多事情,在作重大决定时常常发现自己心中有着2种不同的声音,一个是天使,一个是魔鬼,比如在深夜时,我忽然想吃东西,可是这样对身体又不好,但我又特别想吃点什么零食,很多时候我都是这样告诉自己,就吃这么一次,以后绝不这样了,我总是在吃与不吃的内心挣扎中情不自禁地走向了深夜里宿舍边的小卖部,我现在回想,觉得那些时候的我总是被本我所说服,虽然超我总是说这样深夜吃东西对身体没有好处,但本我却说吃点吧,不会有什么大不了的,美味的蛋糕,香甜的饮料,多好呀!最终自我被本我拉拢到了一边,我总在吃过零食后,由于吃多了无法安心入睡而躺在床上懊悔,焦虑。还好现在不一样了,我会给自己定下规则,比如一周只有周五和周六才可以深夜里吃东西,因为我发现如果总是让超我和本我斗争下去,最终自我总会倾向于本我,因为我是渴望着能享受美食所带来的欢乐的,而很少考虑到这对健康的影响呀。所以我只要给自己一个规定,在有这种想法时,只要遵循规则而不需犹豫就好受多了。
人际交往:卡耐基曾提出一个公式:成功=15%的专业能力 85%的人际协调能力。刚入大学,我的人际交往很差,但一路走来,跌跌碰碰也遇到一些交心的朋友,心理学中的光环效应让我明白了自己以前总是依据他人最好的某一个方面而往往忽视了他的其他品质造成对他人的认识偏差。投射效应告诉我,我总是心中有什么,便看到了什么,容易以自己的认识,思想来揣测他人的行为,而没有学会站在中立的立场或他人的角度上看问题,从而提升人际交往的客观性,全面性。
恋爱与性心理:老师曾在课上提过美国心理学家罗伯特·斯腾伯格曾提出的“爱情三角论”。它们分别是激情(爱情中的性欲成分,情绪上的着迷)、亲密(爱情中能够引起温暖的体验)承诺(维持关系的决定、期许或担保)。从数学的角度上看,三角形也是最稳定的形状。经历过各种暗恋,若有若无的暧昧的我其实对爱情早就没什么期待了,可爱情是人类永恒的话题,我们无法回避这些话题,比尔盖茨在接受采访时曾被问到,一生中最聪明的决定,是创建微软还是大举慈善,他回答说都不是,找到合适的人结婚才是。沃伦巴菲特也认为人生中最重要的决定是跟什么人结婚,而不是任何一笔投资。选择伴侣不仅是选择一个人,更是选择一种生活方式。他们的话深刻地影响了我。老师在课上也曾提到为什么在我国现代社会中大多数国家是一夫一妻制的呢,为此,我调查发现人类的婚姻经历了蒙昧社会的乱伦婚,旧石器时代中晚期的伙伴婚(普那路亚婚),氏族社会后期的对偶婚,再到奴隶制社会的一夫一妻制,这是生产力发展和自然选择的作用,恩格斯更是指出一夫一妻制不以自然条件为基础,而以经济条件为基础,它决不是个人性爱的结果。没有爱情的婚姻是不道德的婚姻。这些心理学知识都深深地让我惊叹,沉思,原来爱情是婚恋的道德。
情绪与压力:课上老师曾强调身处于逆境时,要学会运用情绪ABC理论来分析,改善自我的心态。比如以前我总是过度担忧英语四六级考得不好,在考后的几个月里想起这件事情都感觉难受,但后来得了成绩后,发现也没想象的那么糟糕。我想就是因为B我对英语考试这件事,总觉得自己的英语不好,而认为尽管自己很努力,但英语根本无法获得一个让自己满意的成绩这样一个不合理的信念直接导致了C我在英语考试过后的过度忧心!心理学家埃利斯认为1.人具有一种生物学和社会学的倾向性,倾向于其在有理性的合理思维和无理性的不合理思维。即任何人都不可避免地具有或多或少的不合理思维与信念。2.人既可以是有理性的、合理的,也可以是无理性的、不合理的。当人们按照理性去思维、去行动时,他们就会很愉快、富有竞争精神及行动有成。这让我明白了在现实生活中,尊重事实是很重要的,不然很容易造成负面情绪,失败。在今后,不论是英语考试还是大大小小的其他考试,我都会客观审视自己的能力,体会到自己对这次考试的付出多少,从而调整心态,避免考试带给我的错误的,不合理的情绪
