各位专家评委好,我是来自某分公司的某某某,参与竞聘基层管理岗。

按照总公司要求,我从岗位认知、履职打算、具体做法三个方面,作一陈述,请专家们批评指正。

01首先谈一下岗位认知

作为一个机关基层交叉锻炼的职员,经历过主管和副职岗位历练,我理解:

与其说竞聘的岗位是管理角色,不如说它是个服务员、保障员。

尤其是管理对象是中高级职称人员,本身具备一定的自觉自律意识,自身能力素质都相对较高,这个定位显得更为贴合实际。

02其次谈一下履职打算

作为临时管理单位的负责人,很可能面临职级倒挂的问题,对此我在教育管理和服务保障方面,试图汲取儒、法、释、道等传统文化的精神营养,有自己的一些粗浅思考。

一是借鉴儒家的仁和。

能够入选这个单位的人都是全公司优秀人才,作为临时单位的负责人,我相信大家都抱着向善向上向好的初衷来培训,就应该抛开身份级别的束缚,以一名普通党员、普通学生、普通干部的角色投入新环境,用自律自觉的追求加强自我管理教育。这是一种“高线”,类似于廉政建设中的都不想犯错误。

二是参考法家的规矩。

只要不违背原则,在圈子内活动都是自由的。一旦出现不当的言行举止,甚至违背了大的原则,与法律、规章、制度、纪律背道而驰,那就该抛下顾虑较真碰硬,维护法规制度的严肃性和权威性,教育本人、警示他人,让大家都心有所畏。这是一种“底线”,类似于廉政建设中的不敢犯错误。

三是吸收释道家的和谐无争。

高线有人碰不到,底线必然碰不得,还要为大多数人营造一个中庸调和的环境,在软与硬的交替中建立一个缓冲地带,相互之间多理解、多支持,彼此能够多互助、多提醒。这是一种“及格线”,努力都不犯错误。

03最后谈一下具体做法

对应着上述履职打算,我再谈一下具体的举措和抓手。

一是抓思想引领。

主要目的是启发自觉,促进意识觉醒,让大家认识到该做什么,以及怎么能够做得更好。带队伍重在带思想,带人重在带心,解决好“总开关”问题,其他的具体事务就好处理了。

二是抓制度落地。

没有严格的制度落实,就是没有落实。各行各业都有自己的规矩,每个单位都有自己的运转模式,没有规矩就成不了方圆,通过抓日常制度落实,形成有条不紊的秩序,推动大家按照要求办事。

三是抓服务保障。

正如开篇所说,虽然是管理岗定位,实质上是服务保障角色,通过搞好贴心的服务、暖心的保障,为培训进修营造一个好的氛围,也能为教育管理人员提供人文方面的力量支持。
