考博兵法（87）：复试自我介绍要准备到一个字都改不了

考博复试上来的第一个环节一般都是让你做个五分钟之内的自我介绍，这是整个复试你唯一完全具备自主权的环节。这个环节做好了考博复试就成功了一大半，因为一方面你充分展示了自己的优势，另一方面你预设了一些问题， 能够潜移默化地引导老师们提问的方向。

面试是博导们给你面，打分权掌握在博导们的手中，所以说你得研究一下博导。考博复试的导师希望招收具备以此四点特质的研究生：

1、性格上要符合父母辈的学者对一个晚辈的期许：从父母的视角看，要沉稳不毛躁，行为中正不刺头，知礼节懂礼貌，远离杀马特的造型，说正常的话避免二次元的表达和网络流行语；从学者的角度看，要有耐得住寂寞的文静，聪明中带有理性的幽默感。

2、气质上带有一个学术研究人员具备的特质：朴实的穿着搭配一本正经的表情，最好配上思索的神态。

3、语言上要有学术味儿，在对话时，在保证逻辑性和严谨性的前提下，尽可能地夹杂上学术的名词和概念，最理想的状态是用学科理论分析问题。

4、能力上要具备问题意识、科研能力和创新能力。

结合上面的四点要求，一个以导师为导向的优秀考博复试自我介绍要具备以下内容。

1、简单的自我基本情况介绍。

主要是开场讲清楚自身的基本情况，一两句话交代一下姓名、本硕学校和专业等就可以，不宜过长。这部分不要有过多的发散，比如我来自山西大同，大同的云岗石窟是我国著名的5A级旅游景区，欢迎各位导师去游玩，我愿意充当导游。

再比如，我硕士毕业于石河子大学，石河子大学是江泽民题名的学校，位于天山北麓的绿洲新城，充满了生机与活力，我深深地爱着我的母校。

开场白不要讲对于一个研究生面试没有用的东西。这些你想说但是没有用的东西不仅会分散主题还浪费了宝贵的自我介绍的时间。还有些学生故意这么说，目的就是耗时间，这种想法完全错误，自我介绍的时间每一秒都不能够浪费。开场白的作用就是言简意赅的介绍自己，统领接下来的正文。

2、有逻辑性的架构。

做研究的人具备的一个基本素质就是逻辑性，表达要有条理，可以是递进也可以是并列。在自我介绍中一般采用并列结构。比如接下来我将从学习经历、实践活动、科研经历、未来打算等四个方面介绍自己。

在具体的表述中，注意采用顺序词，比如第一、第二、第三、第四，或者首先、其次、再次、复次、最后。只要运用了顺序词，顿时就在形式上显得很有逻辑性，哪怕你说的内容实际上毫无逻辑。这一点在自由问答中也可以使用。切忌不要想到哪里说哪里，并且说出前言不搭后语的话，让人莫名其妙。

3、学术味的表达。

具体的语言组织上，在讲到学术经历或者未来的研究计划时，要有专业的术语和概念，让老师觉得你很有学术的味道和气质。在其他部分的介绍中，如果能够代入学术理论就会非常棒。学术味的表达还有一个层面，就是对你的经历或者某个现象进行学理的提炼和阐释。这种能力体现了你对理论的深刻认知和你活学活用的能力。

4、70%的篇幅要和学术有关。

这是一场博士研究生的面试，不是一场求职面试，导师们最关心的是你的学术经历、科研经历和研究潜质，至于你的实践经历，只是锦上添花的东西。所以说你需要讲清楚你的受教育的背景、参与了什么样的科研经历、写了什么样的论文、做了什么样的实验、做了哪些田野调查、读了多少专业领域内的书籍和期刊等。

这部分是考博复试最重要的部分，也应该是你自我介绍的重点。做好了，复试通过没有问题，做不好，很可能死掉。

但是这一部分也是最难的部分，毕竟很多同学实际上就没有多少科研成果。解决措施有两个，第一个是好好琢磨一个研究计划，把选题背景、研究问题、研究方法、研究设计、研究价值等方面想起楚，讲的头头是道以此弥补学术成果的不足；第二个是多看学科经典名著以及学科内顶尖中英文期刊的近十年的文章，着重准备一下你的收获和感悟。

对于第二个准备方法，按理说应该是一个长期的功夫，但是我知道大家哪有时间做这个工作，临时抱佛脚也有抱佛脚的方法。看至少三本经典名著的书评，中国知网上有的还有专门的名著书评文章，把重要的见解背下来，要比你自己看强多了，实际上你自己看还真还不出什么东西。至于看“顶尖中英文期刊的近十年的文章”，这是理想状况，英文不好的就只提中文，十年来不及的话，看近三年的。没时间看全文的话，把摘要看好就足够。

5、预设问题

考博自我介绍是唯一一关你完全掌握主动权的环节，怎么设计，怎么表达，完全你自己说了算。一个精彩的完美的自我介绍，一定要吸引导师们的注意力，因为只有这样，你才能把你想表达的东西传递到导师的心里，同时避免了导师翻阅你的材料，问出一些你招架不住的问题。

在自我介绍中，你要预设问题，把所有导师可能继续发问的地方标注出来，提前准备好答案。特别是学术经历方面，这方面导师都很懂，你必须要好好好好准备。你自己放的鱼饵，要确保你的鱼竿和鱼线有足够的力量和韧性。

6、趣味性与幽默感

文似看山不喜平，一部好的电影也是有剧情冲突的，没有波折是难以产生情趣的波动的。自我介绍也是如此。大家可以根据自己的情况，适当地设置一到两处比较吸引人的地方。

以上六个方面大家务必要重视，一篇好的自我介绍是需要反复推翻反复打磨，一直改到一个字都无法改动才可以。
