一个公正透明的评估体系，是很好的自我提升和团队管理的工具。

对于员工本人，绩效自评让你知道自己的工作是否沿着组织的目标在前进；对于管理者，它帮助你了解员工对自己在工作中的产出和影响有一个准确的理解。
