评论并不是很受欢迎的话题,尤其是自评,所以阿里的照镜子(大家当面互相评价)才毁誉参半。很多财富500强公司都放弃了正式的周期性评估,绩效评估也可能被暗箱操作,只不过员工看不到。
一个公正透明的评估体系,是很好的自我提升和团队管理的工具。
对于员工本人,绩效自评让你知道自己的工作是否沿着组织的目标在前进;对于管理者,它帮助你了解员工对自己在工作中的产出和影响有一个准确的理解。
更重要的是,绩效自评开启了建立双向对话的开关。在这个沟通中,你可以和你的上级开诚布公的讨论你的职业规划和发展路径。这并不是,常规的1v1谈话可以达成的。

给他呈现你对自己的公允评价,提出你的改进计划。准备好回答一些数据或疑惑点,讨论你在过去这个阶段遇到的困难,以及需要他什么样的帮助。
